Let’s make your pregnancy journey as stress free as possible with 24 hour on call doula support. Yes really, even at 2am! With this package I walk through this pregnancy journey with you (from start to finish), and offer you luxurious, customized support. 

What's included:

• Birth doula services, Placenta Encapsulation and Birth Photography!

• Free consultation (phone, zoom, or in person)

• 2 prenatal meetings (Birth Preferences where I help you create a birth plan, talk about all the options, physiology of birth, support tips for partners, etc; and a Birth Rehearsal in which we practice laboring and birth positions, coping techniques and to develop trust as a birthing team)

• Copy of all the handouts and educational materials used

• Full support, on call 24/7 via phone, text, or email

• Continual labor support

• Aromatherapy & Music therapy

• Acupressure as needed during labor

• Postpartum visit where: 1) I bring you delicious Lactation Cookies (recipe included so you can keep making more), 2) I offer Lactation Support, 3) help you process the birth experience, 4) assess you for signs of postpartum depression and/or recommend local services and resources that will ease your transition to parenthood, 5) answer any questions about baby sleep, feeding schedules or anything motherhood related.

This package is designed for parents who have already been around the block a time or two!  Repeat clients, or mothers who have 'done this before' will appreciate the simplicity this package offers, while still getting quality reassurance and emotional & physical support. In this package I provide:

• unlimited Birth doula services

• one prenatal visit (about 2-3 hours) where we discuss birth preferences, go over coping and comfort techniques, and fine tune your birth plan 

• Discuss and work on processing any fears or anxieties regarding birth

• copy of all the educational materials used

• On call from 37 weeks on

• Continuous labor support (at home, birth center, or hospital)

• aroma and music therapy

• Acupressure as needed during labor

• One 2-hour virtual or in-person postpartum follow-up meeting to aid in settling in, answer questions about newborn care, provide references as needed for any additional support, and birth processing.

This straightforward doula package provides just the right amount of support that most educated parents will benefit from, and the opportunity for us to get to know each other before the big day. I’ve also included a labor tool kit for you to use and enjoy before and during labor!

• 2 private prenatal meetings prior to delivery. We'll talk about your upcoming birth and everything you hope will be a part of that day, as well as any worries or concerns, practice laboring and birth positions, coping techniques and develop trust as a birthing team)

• Full support, on call 24/7 via phone, text, or email starting at 37 weeks

• Continual labor support

• Aromatherapy & Music therapy

• Acupressure as needed during labor

• Postpartum visit where: 1) I offer Lactation Support, 2) help you process the birth experience, 3) assess you for signs of postpartum depression and/or recommend local services and resources that will ease your transition to parenthood, 4) answer any questions about baby sleep, feeding schedules or anything motherhood related.

• $20 discount for paying in full

In this package I accompany you through the emotional, mental, and physical preparation of delivering your baby (or multiples) via C- section.  What's included:

• Birth doula services (Placenta encapsulation and Birth photography can be added to this package too)

• I will provide one prenatal visit (about 2-3 hours) to discuss any concerns about the C-section and to plan how I can best support you.

• I will meet you at the hospital within 30 minutes of C-section time to provide emotional and physical support for both you and your partner, and I remain with you throughout C-section.

• Afterwords, I assist you with breastfeeding and stay with you to to provide other emotional, physical or informational support that you may need.

•  2-3 hour postpartum visit at home so I can help you with some much-needed self-care. I will guide you through common methods for caring for the perineal area or C-section scar, as well as learning to cope with breast discomfort associated with nursing and increased milk supply.

•  Light housekeeping and preparation of a healthy, nurturing meal (frozen meal option available).

• As your doula I can also assess you for signs of postpartum depression and will recommend local services and resources that will ease your transition to parenthood.
